I've liked to experience Japanese life since I was in college. I like Japanese very much. In the process of learning Japanese, I have learned a lot of knowledge about Japanese culture and history. Then I became more and more interested in Japanese history and culture. But in China I could only learned through books and media.
Moreover, my graduation thesis is related to the Chinese translation of The Tale of the Heike. Only when I am in the historical and cultural system in which The Tale of the Heike be created can I have a deeper understanding. Therefore, through this studying in KOBE College, I hope to investigate more related literature and learn from teacher to have a deeper understanding of The Tale of the Heike.
The most important thing is to have a deeper understanding of Japanese culture through this year's life.
Thanks to the HUMAP scholarship, I don't have to worry about living expenses and can focus on my studies.
My thesis is about The Tale of the Heike. I found a lot of relevant materials in the library of KOBE College and the National Diet Library. It was very helpful .Moreover, I finished the thesis under the guidance of the teacher.
In my free time, I will go to the surrounding cities of Nishinomiya, such as Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Kobe and so on.They all have their own charm, which makes me deeply feel the Japanese culture.
I wanted to visit Tokyo and Hokkaido in the spring holiday. But because of the coronavirus, it's a pity that I can't go.
Luckily, there are many cherry trees in the school. It was a brilliant spring that healed my heart.
Although it has started to get hot recently, the clear sky and comfortable wind make me feel good every day.
It makes me feel like "it's really summer in Japan".
I've been through a lot of things in Japan and it's a great memory for me.
Thanks to the HUMAP scholarship, I was able to study and go sightseeing happily while studying at KOBE College. Thank you very much indeed.
Due to the coronavirus, the time of studying abroad was shortened, but it became a great experience for me.
Even after I went back to China, the cherry blossoms all over the campus, the lovely deer in Nara, the bustling shrine in Kyoto and other scenes still vividly came into my mind.
I saw a completely different scenery from China and gained a lot of knowledge.
Japanese language skills have also increased, as has a deeper understanding of Japanese culture and literature.
After returning to China, I will start to look for a job. I believe this experience of studying abroad will definitely help.
Thank you very much!
