Dr. Shin-ichi Yusa belonging to Department of Applied Chemistry, University Hyogo has invited me. We have already collaborated from 2017. The purpose to visit Japan is to develop the collaboration.

Research
During the period, the researchers have been able to obtain the following tasks
1.　We have successfully encapsulated MgO nanoparticles with P(MPC/MOETAC50) and performed parametric study for optimum condition. More trial runs have to be done for confirmation. It is expected that data and a scientific paper will be submitted by end of 2018.
2.　We also successfully encapsulated MgO nanoparticles through surface modification with MPS and P(MPC). Results obtained have demonstrated the chemistry behind surface modification and encapsulation. It is expected that the samples will be subjected for further testing and a scientific paper will be submitted by 2019.
Expected outcomes: we expect three significant manuscripts will be submitted to the reputable journals by end of 2019.

During the stay, the visitor has delivered four lectures:

During the short stay, the visitor has been able to achieve great outcomes in the both research and teaching. This was only possible via the great and enthusiastic support from the host and other academic staff. The results will further strengthen the collaboration.
