Before visiting Japan, I have a strong motivation and long term goal to become an independent researcher. I aspired to become leading researcher in the field of high temperature superconductivity and magnetism. In order to gain new knowledge in the field of superconductivity particularly in Fe based superconductors, and to imbibe work culture of leading group, I have chosen quantum magnetism lab, University of Hyogo, Japan.
I had a firsthand research exposure at quantum magnetism lab, University of Hyogo (harima campus) for six months. It was a great experience for me to interact with the top class scientists of University of Hyogo. The mentors, the lab members and the students at the lab are very cooperative and helpful, which led to a very productive working environment. The location of University of Hyogo (harima campus) is easy to commute and peaceful to live. I am very impressed about the Japanese hospitality during my stay.
My sincere thank to the Government of Hyogo prefecture for providing an opportunity through HUMAP HORN program. At the end of program, I took back with me the culture of teamwork and meticulous pre-work planning habits. I am very happy to say that the working experience under this program gave confidence to become an independent researcher in the field of materials science.
This program is a great opportunity for a developing country student like me, to collaborate with international community for productive research in the field of science. I am greatly indebted to University of Hyogo for the opportunity provided to me. Looking forward to visit University of Hyogo again, as collaborator.
